街头小吃——烧饼夹里脊
烧饼里脊是一种很受大家欢迎的街头小吃,每个城市的街头巷尾,都能看到推车叫卖的烧饼里脊摊子。不过,这里的里脊大多都是鸡胸肉,颜色红艳,一眼就能看出是上了色的,既不卫生,也不美味。
     其实,自己在家制作烧饼里脊很简单,头一晚把里脊腌渍好,买上几个烧饼,放入冰箱冷藏。第二天起来用平底锅把里脊煎熟,煎里脊的同时用微波炉把烧饼加热就可以,几分钟就能吃上美味的烧饼里脊,一样好吃,而且干净卫生。

    Steps to make 街头小吃——烧饼夹里脊

    • 1.原料
    • 2.里脊洗净顶刀切成大薄片。
    • 3.加入料酒、腐乳汁、胡椒粉、淀粉鲜贝汁。(腌制的时候本想放蚝油腌制,家里没有了用鲜贝汁代替)
    • 4.大蒜和小洋葱切碎。
    • 5.切好的洋葱碎和大蒜放入里脊中抓均
    • 6.抓均的里脊肉用保鲜膜包好,放入冰箱。
    • 7.腌渍一晚的里脊拣去洋葱碎和蒜末。
    • 8.锅烧热,放少许油,放入腌渍好的里脊片小火煎至。
    • 9.一面变色,翻面煎至另一面,煎熟即可。(里脊很嫩的,又经过一晚的腌渍,两三分钟就能煎熟)
    • 10.煎熟的里脊片取出,抹上一层金格勒酱。
    • 11.再撒上孜然粉。
    • 12.最后撒上芝麻。
    • 13.烧饼从中间切开,夹上一些生菜,煎好的里脊肉即可。
    • 14.好吃的烧饼夹里脊坐好了,快吃吧!
