    Steps to make 葱油饼

    • 1.面粉中放入一勺盐,先用热水将面搅至絮状,再用凉水将面和成面团。
    • 2.面团刷油,盖盖或保鲜膜,醒面30分钟。
    • 3.碗中放入2勺面粉、盐、十三香、南德。
    • 4.热油炸香。
    • 5.搅拌均匀,油酥制作完毕。
    • 6.将面团均匀的分成面剂子。
    • 7.擀成薄片。
    • 8.均匀的抹上油酥。
    • 9.撒上葱花。
    • 10.面粉中放入一勺盐,先用热水将面搅至絮状,再用凉水将面和成面团。
    • 11.沿此口将面片卷好。
    • 12.接口处封严。
    • 13.用手拍揉成面饼。
    • 14.用擀面杖擀薄。
    • 15.电饼铛预热刷油,并将面饼上方也刷油,盖盖煎2分钟。
    • 16.2分钟后翻面再煎2分钟即可。
    • 17.香酥可口、外焦里嫩的葱油饼就好了,配上小咸菜,再来碗白米粥,绝啦!
