生腌活海虾

  • 30g
  • 蒜瓣10个
  • 小米辣2个
  • 香菜2棵
  • 8片
  • 一品鲜酱油2勺
  • 蚝油1勺
  • 2勺
  • 白醋1勺
  • 陈醋2勺
  • 辣鲜露0.5勺
  • 1勺
  • 味精0.5勺
  • 料酒1勺

Steps to make 生腌活海虾

  • 1.在市场买到鲜活的海虾好开心准备做一道鲜美的生腌美味海虾在清水中清洗干净。
  • 2.海虾清洗干净沥干水份备用。
  • 3.用剪刀将虾的背部剪开去除里面的泥线。
  • 4.将虾的内部处理干净剪去虾须所有的海虾处理好后再用清水冲洗干净沥干水份。
  • 5.倒入适量白酒轻轻按摩使每只海虾都难裹上白酒这样既杀菌又有一种酒的香味盖上保鲜膜放入冰箱冷藏半小时。
  • 6.打开保鲜膜酒香四溢中还夹杂着海虾的鲜美切好的香菜放入容器中。
  • 7.小米辣、蒜片、葱、姜切好放入容器中再放入调味料一品鲜酱油。
  • 8.放入调味料糖、蚝油、料酒、辣鲜露、盐、味精、陈醋。
  • 9.将适量辣根放入碗中倒入白醋搅拌均匀淋入海虾上。
  • 10.所有调味料反复轻轻按摩使调味料均匀的裹在海虾上盖上保鲜膜放入冰箱冷藏十二小时以上中途可以按摩翻动几回这样入味效果更佳。
  • 11.腌制好的海虾从冰箱取出看着就超级有食欲。
  • 12.将海虾依次摆入盘中撒上配料淋上汤汁就大功告成了。
