非常非常美味,以前做红烧之类的菜菜,我是必放辣酱的,也就是豆瓣酱之类的,今天尝试了一下不放的,味道非常鲜美,跟放了酱的感觉真的很不一样。

  • 1.买来的鸡切块洗净,沸水中焯一下备用。
  • 2.鹌鹑蛋煮熟去壳备用。
  • 3.如果鸡身上的油较多,可以把肥的地方取下来,在锅里把鸡油炼出来。
  • 4.炼好的鸡油把油渣取出来不要,在油里放入冰糖、花椒、干辣椒、八角、桂皮、草果和香叶,小火慢慢炸出香味。
  • 5.放入姜片和洋葱,炒出香味。
  • 6.放入鸡肉和鹌鹑蛋,加生抽、老抽和胡椒粉翻炒。
  • 7.加热水没过鸡肉,大火烧开后,中小火焖10分钟。
  • 8.加入香菇,再焖20分钟大火收汁即可。
  • 9.起锅前可以加一点芝麻油,可以吃啦,味道超棒的呢,试试吧。
