果味苦瓜
一直都很喜欢吃苦瓜,记得很小的时候,家里的兄弟姐妹中就我一个人喜欢吃苦瓜,
常闹着妈妈给我做苦瓜吃,妈妈每次去菜市买菜,都会给我带上一个苦瓜,然后回家做给我吃。
  小妹看见我每次都能多吃一个菜,就说妈妈偏心眼。妈妈笑着不说话,给小妹夹了一小块苦瓜放到她碗中,小妹开心的咬了一口,立马吐出来了,还咧嘴咋舌的大声说“好苦好苦.....这是药!姐姐生病了吗?吃那么多苦苦的药”。妈妈笑着把妹妹抱在怀里,对她说“姐姐没生病,吃的也不是药,是一种蔬菜,叫苦瓜,苦瓜中含有葫芦素的物质,所以味苦,妈妈知道你不喜欢吃,所以才不给你吃”。妹妹瞪 着大眼睛似懂非懂的崩出一个字“哦”!
   长大后,我还是一如既往的喜欢吃苦瓜,妹妹还是小时候那个样子,怕吃苦瓜,每次让她吃,她只夹一小块放嘴里,然后还象小时候那样咧嘴咋舌的大声叫“好苦好苦.....只是,妹妹不再问是不是姐姐病了,也不再说苦瓜是药”。“好苦好苦.....这苦瓜也算个菜,外星人吃的东西,太苦了!给猪估计猪都不吃呢”!妹妹现在这样说。
  “坏小妹,猪不吃,你也不吃,可是你姐我很爱吃苦瓜”.....

Steps to make 果味苦瓜

  • 1.将苦瓜洗净去瓜蒂、去瓤、切成条备用
  • 2.大蒜切片,辣椒切成小段
  • 3.香瓜去皮去籽,切小片备用
  • 4.放入加油少许油的开水锅中烫至变色
  • 5.捞出用凉开水过凉,沥干水
  • 6.锅加油烧热,入辣椒爆香
  • 7.再加入大蒜,加少许酱油、白糖、盐,芝麻调成酱汁
  • 8.将苦瓜放入大碗
  • 9.在把处理好的香瓜放入
  • 10.把煮好的酱料放入拌均匀,淋上少许香油即可
