粉蒸肉

  • 带皮五花肉600克
  • 五香蒸肉粉1包
  • 土豆1个(较大个)
  • 2小块
  • 大蒜1头
  • 生抽半小勺
  • 老抽半小勺
  • 蚝油半小勺
  • 料酒3小勺
  • 腐乳汁半小勺
  • 花椒粉1小勺
  • 葱花1把

Steps to make 粉蒸肉

  • 1.将五花肉切成1厘米左右的厚片。
  • 2.放入姜、蒜、生抽、老抽、蚝油、料酒、腐乳汁、花椒粉,腌制半小时以上。
  • 3.倒入蒸肉粉,拌匀备用。
  • 4.将土豆(或芋头、红薯、南瓜、山药等)切成厚片垫在碗底。
  • 5.将腌制好的五花肉均匀码在土豆上,放入蒸锅,蒸约1小时至肉酥烂(蒸制时间根据肉片的厚薄确定)。
  • 6.出锅,撒些葱花点缀。
  • 7.软糯鲜香,入口即化。
