    Steps to make 杏鲍菇三鲜全麦包子

    • 1.普通面粉与全麦面粉混合均匀,我的比例是3:1,加适量酵母粉,少量多次倒入清水,活成软硬适中的面团,放温暖处发酵至两倍大。
    • 2.猪肉馅适量。
    • 3.虾仁切成小段儿。
    • 4.胡萝卜切成碎末(我直接用料理机打碎,省事儿)。
    • 5.杏鲍菇切成片,放入开水锅里面烫一下捞出,同样切成碎末,木耳泡发去蒂洗净,放开水锅里面烫一下捞出切碎。
    • 6.开始调馅儿:猪肉馅中先加入少许黄豆酱油,生抽调味上色,再放入少许盐鸡精,香油,蚝油,花生油,朝一个方向搅拌均匀。
    • 7.放入虾仁粒,使其入味。
    • 8.放入香葱末姜末。
    • 9.把木耳杏鲍菇胡萝卜碎全部放进去,继续朝一个方向搅拌均匀。
    • 10.三鲜馅准备就绪。
    • 11.面团发酵好了,揉匀排气,揪成均匀的剂子,擀成圆片。
    • 12.依次做好所有的包子,放入蒸锅里二次醒发十五分钟。
    • 13.大火上汽后蒸八分钟,关火后等二分钟再开锅,防止表面回缩起皱。
    • 14.完美出炉!
    • 15.面皮喧软,內馅就一个字:香!
