可可杏仁饼干

这款饼干做起来特别简单,酥脆酥脆的,很香。但是做法特别特别简单哦。

  • 低粉85g
  • 可可粉15g
  • 黄油50g
  • 糖粉25g
  • 鸡蛋液15g
  • 杏仁片30g

Steps to make 可可杏仁饼干

  • 1.将黄油提前室温软化。糖粉倒入黄油中,用手动打蛋器搅打均匀。
  • 2.分两次加入15g蛋液,每次都要搅拌至完全融合才加第二次。
  • 3.将低粉和可可粉混合,搅拌均匀。
  • 4.将粉类筛入到步骤2中,用橡皮刮刀切拌均匀。
  • 5.拌匀后,加入30g杏仁片,再次切拌均匀。
  • 6.然后取出倒至砧板上,用手轻抓紧,整形成三角形状。包上保鲜膜,放入冰箱冷冻半小时。
  • 7.然后取出,切3mm左右的薄片,放入铺好油纸的考盘中。
  • 8.烤箱170度预热。中层,上下火,10-15分钟即可。
