油炸糕
用料:
湿糯米粉300克,面粉200克,白糖适量,红糖适量,黑芝麻,面包糠,食用油。
方法:
1、糯米粉3/2,面粉3/1,加入白糖和适量的清水和匀。
2、再放进黑芝麻提香,
3、红糖切成小点。
4、取适量的面团做成饼形,
5、包进红糖,如图。
6、搓成圆形,放进面包糠里滚上一层面包糠。
7、再压扁,如图。
8、做好的饼,放进油锅里油炸,
9、炸酥,炸黄即成。
