排骨煲
嘿,这几天天气凉快了,胃口似乎也打开了。老公和儿子说,炖锅肉吧!馋了!哈哈,好吧,就来个省事有滋味的,我不累你们还喜欢。瞧,就这锅了!叫炖也好,叫煲也成,反正就是把材料扔进去甭管了,出来后连肉带汤的,倍儿香!
我用的电炖锅,省心了,小火咕嘟着。你要没有类似的锅,就得用小火慢慢煲了。肉很烂乎,老公那破牙居然也能吃动而且不塞;汤也特鲜,泡上半碗饭,呼噜噜吃得倍儿干净啊!都说汤泡饭不爱消化,咱细嚼慢咽还是没事的!

  • 1.排骨剁小块,洗去骨头残渣
  • 2.入温水锅中煮开一分钟,从滚开的地方捞出来,可不用再冲洗
  • 3.小葱打结,姜切厚片,八角、香叶、大蒜入锅中
  • 4.焯过水的排骨看着多爽利,入锅中,加足够量的热水,再倒少许酱油调色,不用放料酒呵
  • 5.我用的是电炖锅,将锅子坐在上面,选择“老火汤”,时间默认4小时,可以根据自己的口感来提前完成;对噢,得盖上盖子焖,慢慢煲着。没有电炖锅可以放在明火上,小火慢慢煲着
  • 6.出锅前撒葱花
