  • 1.原料:鳜鱼1条,蟹味菇1盒,秧草100克,葱1段,姜一块。
  • 2.鳜鱼宰杀洗净,用刀在身上切几刀。
  • 3.锅中放入少许豆油,放入鳜鱼煎一下。
  • 4.翻过来再煎另一面。
  • 5.倒入热水,加入葱姜。
  • 6.大火烧开,煮5分钟。
  • 7.加入蟹味菇,改小火慢炖至汤汁成奶白色。
  • 8.加入秧草滚两滚调味出锅。
  • 9.烧好的秧草鳜鱼。
