    Steps to make 卤猪肉

    • 1.食材:选择带筋的猪肉、花椒、八角、干辣椒、香叶、冰糖。

    • 4.再放入生抽。
    • 5.老抽。
    • 6.蚝油。
    • 7.再放入适量的盐。
    • 8.放入姜片水开后煮五分钟。
    • 9.放入猪肉,盖上锅盖再次煮开后改小火慢炖五十分钟。
    • 10.煮好后关火把肉浸泡五到八小时,捞岀切片即可。
