简单三部--茶香虾
现在的天气是怎么了,转变的这么快,连个多云的过渡都没有了,难到真的世界末日了吗?
     天气冷了,基围虾都开始涨价了,之前我买了一些冻在了冰箱里,自认为是个聪明的举动,不过也确实如此,价格翻了一倍多点。今天做了道茶香虾,为了保持虾的样子,从肚子上切开就行了。。。每次发了新的菜谱都希望有更多的人评论,更多的人收藏,这会让我很多成就感,最近发现个事情,为什么我的访问率没那么高,原来我每次都发日志,而首页里菜谱在前面,很容易被大家发现,日志即在不起眼的角落了,所以这次我要发菜谱。。。

    • 1.作法1:
    • 2.虾冻之前已经洗净,从肚子部位切开或用剪刀剪开也行,入油锅炸;在炸虾的时候茶叶用热水泡开
    • 3.作法2:将炸好的虾捞出备用
    • 4.作法3:
    • 5.将茶叶捞出放入热锅中翻炒去掉多余的水份,然后倒入少许的油,在倒入炸好的虾,翻炒,出锅前洒上盐翻炒均匀即可
