勒鱼蒸蛋
原料 :勒鱼半条 ,鸡蛋 2个 ,姜片 15G ,料酒 15G ,蒸鱼豉油 适量 ,盐适量
做法 :
1 勒鱼去掉内脏清洗干净 ,分成2段
2 用盐腌制勒鱼 在鱼身上均匀的抹上薄薄一层盐 ,腌制半个小时
3 倒入适量的料酒
4打入2个鸡蛋
5 倒入适量的 的蒸鱼豉油
6在鱼身上放上姜片
7 冷水上锅 ,开大火烧开水蒸15分钟 。
