巧克力夹心饼干

Steps to make 巧克力夹心饼干

  • 1.称量好制作饼干的食材。
  • 2.黄油无需软化,切成小碎块。
  • 3.可可粉和低粉混合过筛到面案上。
  • 4.切好的黄油碎房子筛好的面粉上。
  • 5.用手指将面粉和黄油反复搓至完全融合。
  • 6.放入糖粉,继续混合均匀。
  • 7.最后加入蛋黄。
  • 8.用手反复揉搓至面团均匀。
  • 9.放入饼干模具,入冷冻室冻30-60分钟。至完全冻硬。
  • 10.取出冻好的饼干坯。
  • 11.切成0.5左右的薄片。
  • 12.烤盘放入油纸,将饼干坯放入烤盘中。
  • 13.烤箱预热180°5分钟,中层,上下火。15分钟左右。
  • 14.烤好的饼干自然放凉。
  • 15.巧克力隔水融化。
  • 16.35°左右可以用。
  • 17.倒入裱花袋,剪一个小口。
  • 18.拿出一块饼干,挤上巧克力。(巧克力挤多少自己定)
  • 19.上面再盖上一块饼干。依次挤好巧克力,入冰箱冷藏,至巧克力凝固即可。
  • 20.下午茶的最好甜品。送礼佳品。
