  • 8.加入葱姜碎炒香。
  • 9.倒入煮羊骨的汤汁。
  • 10.加入羊骨和盐炖约30分钟 使肉骨进一步入味。
  • 11.杏鲍菇洗净切成片。
  • 12.口蘑洗净切成片。【我买的口蘑比较大,如果稍小可以对半切开】。
  • 13.准备好鱼丸。
  • 14.鸭血切块后焯水。
  • 15.白萝卜去皮切片。
  • 16.金针菇洗净去掉根部。
  • 17.香菜洗净切成小段。
  • 18.百叶洗净切成丝。
  • 19.生菜洗净,撕成大块。
  • 20.准备好羊肉片。
