Steps to make 4款酸甜低脂水果炒酸奶

  • 1.原味酸奶、芒果丁、火龙果丁、新鲜蓝莓、腰果榛子蔓越莓等坚果干果准备好,炒冰盘提前放冰箱冷冻10小时,使用前取出来,不要在室温下放置时间过久。
  • 2.倒100ml左右的原味酸奶在炒冰盘上,用铲子摊平,静置1-2分钟,时间越长,冻得越结实,可根据自己喜好的口感来调整时间。
  • 3.适量芒果西倒在凝固的酸奶冰上。
  • 4.用铲子翻炒均匀,盛入杯中可食用。
  • 5.原味酸奶摊在炒冰盘上,稍凝固倒适量火龙果丁。
  • 6.翻拌均匀即可。
  • 7.原味酸奶摊在炒冰盘上,自己掌控时间长短。
  • 8.将新鲜蓝莓倒在酸奶冰上,翻炒均匀即可。
  • 9.剩余的酸奶倒在炒冰盘上,酸奶凝固后将剩余的水果丁和各种干果坚果倒在上面。
  • 10.翻拌均匀即可;炒冰盘用凉水冲洗干净,重新倒扣入冰箱冷冻,可缩短冷冻时间,随时做炒冰。
