芥辣卤花蛤

Steps to make 芥辣卤花蛤

  • 1.备上新鲜的材料
  • 2.花蛤用清水加点盐与色拉油泡洗干净,姜、蒜、辣椒、香菜切碎待用
  • 3.把调味料与配料中姜、蒜、辣椒放在同一碗中
  • 4.把调味料拌均匀待用
  • 5.取一碟子的,把泡洗好的花蛤盛好,置蒸锅中
  • 6.加盖中火蒸15分钟左右
  • 7.待花蛤蒸至外壳转红色,口部张开,关火
  • 8.等到熟花蛤稍晾凉,倒进之前调好的味汁(蒸花蛤的汁不要丢弃)
  • 9.把混合好的所有材料加盖封好放置冰箱冷藏2小时左右
  • 10.待至入味以及冰透即可取出上桌
  • 11.吃的时候淋点麻油与洒点香菜更加好吃
