【脆拌黑木耳】夏日凉菜

  • 1.准备材料。
  • 2.木耳提前20分钟浸泡。
  • 3.木耳泡发后撕小朵。
  • 4.木耳在开水焯30秒捞出,过一道凉开水。
  • 5.大蒜和干辣椒切碎。
  • 6.黄瓜切丝备用
  • 7.把木耳和黄瓜放入容器中,加入一半蒜米。
  • 8.把生抽 一勺半,蚝油半勺,醋一勺,盐,白糖调匀,加一勺热水调成汁。
  • 9.把调好的汁浇在木耳上。
  • 10.热锅下油,下干辣椒和蒜煸香,煸至蒜末发黄即可。
  • 11.把热油连同蒜米和干辣椒浇在木耳上。
  • 12.最后滴几滴芝麻油即可。
