香烤带鱼

Steps to make 香烤带鱼

  • 1.准备材料:带鱼、香菜洗净,大蒜、生姜、洋葱洗水备好。
  • 2.洋葱切开,大蒜、生姜切片,香菜切段。
  • 3.带鱼放少许油、盐、十三香、五香粉、鸡粉、生粉、酱油,生姜片和大蒜片,搅拌均匀,腌上30分钟让带鱼入味。
  • 4.烤盘垫锡纸,放入洋葱片。
  • 5.依次把带上放在洋葱片上面。
  • 6.香菜段放在腌带鱼的汁中翻拌一下沾上调料。
  • 7.再把香菜撒在带鱼的上面。
  • 8.入200度的烤箱20分钟左右出炉即可,香酥可口。
