不加黄油的核桃酥饼

Steps to make 不加黄油的核桃酥饼

  • 1.核桃仁切成1/4段,放入烤箱中层,以200度烤五分钟备用
  • 2.猪油加入蛋黄,用手动打蛋器搅打均匀
  • 3.加入糖粉用手动打蛋器搅拌至溶化
  • 4.加入过筛后的低筋面粉、泡打粉和苏打粉
  • 5.用刮刀将油、粉翻拌均匀
  • 6.面团移至面垫上用手抓捏成长条状,再用刮板分割成小段
  • 7.将分成小段的面团搓成圆形
  • 8.用大拇指在中心按扁
  • 9.中间放一颗核桃仁
  • 10.放上垫了油纸的烤盘。烤箱上下火200预热十分钟后放入中层烤二十分钟
  • 11.出炉后提起油纸移至烤架晾凉
