蜂蜜惯奶油蛋糕
很简单的一款戚风杯子蛋糕,用蜂蜜和淡奶油打发,也就是蜂蜜惯奶油。

  • 鸡蛋3个
  • 淡奶油100克
  • 低粉50克
  • 细砂糖45克
  • 清水35克
  • 玉米油20克
  • 香草精一滴
  • 柠檬汁几滴
  • 蜂蜜15ml

Steps to make 蜂蜜惯奶油蛋糕

  • 1.鸡蛋分开蛋黄蛋清,
  • 2.水和油混合;
  • 3.蛋黄中加入一滴香草精,加入水油混合液,用单抽搅打均匀;
  • 4.筛入低粉,翻拌均匀;
  • 5.蛋清打出粗泡,分三次加入细砂糖,滴入几滴柠檬汁,低速打至湿性发泡;
  • 6.取1/3蛋白霜与蛋黄液混合,拌匀的蛋黄液到回蛋白霜中;
  • 7.翻拌均匀,蛋液装入裱花袋中;
  • 8.纸杯放入蛋糕六联模中,蛋糊挤入纸杯中;
  • 9.烤箱预热150-160之间,蛋糕放入烤箱,中层,50分钟左右;
  • 10.到时取出放烤架放凉;
  • 11.淡奶油中加入蜂蜜,打发至八分发;
  • 12.放凉的蛋糕上,抹上适量的惯奶油,,放上装饰即可。
