这么热的伏天,白天我哪儿都不想去。就着冰箱里的存货做美食是件快乐的事情。这次做布丁主要是为了消灭淡奶油。没有加布丁粉什么的。想着口感颜色丰富点,加了南瓜泥,做出来后看着好像没有南瓜似的,只是淡淡的黄色。口感细腻,奶香浓郁。一小同事吃货建议我这个年龄少吃,不利于健康。我告诉她:“美食面前,品尝为先。不怕不怕啦,难得吃甜品不影响健康,而且我不喜欢甜食,让我吃够也吃不多。”不过要减肥的人,吃不吃,吃多少,自己真的要想好哦。

  • 鸡蛋100g(2个)
  • 淡奶油100g
  • 南瓜泥115g
  • 牛奶200g
  • 白糖40g

Steps to make 南瓜布丁

  • 1.准备好装布丁的容器,第一次做不知能做几个,先多备些
  • 2.南瓜先切薄片,
  • 3.入蒸锅蒸熟,
  • 4.南瓜待其凉一凉;蛋是俩鸡蛋加一个蛋黄,淡奶油直接倒入奶锅中称重,牛奶也称好。
  • 5.将绵白糖、牛奶倒入奶锅中,
  • 6.奶锅在电磁炉上用最小的活力加热,用筷子搅拌使糖完全融化即可。
  • 7.南瓜用勺子压成泥,
  • 8.蛋稍加打散,不要打出泡泡
  • 9.南瓜泥和蛋液倒入料理机内打成融合的混合液
  • 10.这时候之前的奶液已有点凉,倒入南瓜蛋液中混合
  • 11.将混合液过筛一次,
  • 12.倒入准备好的容器中(好在下面垫了个盘子。我不是卖油翁的后人,灌装的眼力不好。)
  • 13.烤盘内加了热开水,将刚才灌装好的容器小心地放入烤盘中
  • 14.烤箱已经预热,将烤盘小心地插入下数上第二层中,150度45分钟,后又160度10分钟。
  • 15.取出凉凉后即可食用,或者稳妥地放入餐盒进冰箱冷藏
  • 16.硅胶盒的倒扣在盘子中享用,布丁瓶用勺子舀了吃。
