  • 鸡肉500g
  • 土豆3个
  • 胡萝卜2根
  • 椰奶300ml
  • 清水200-300ml
  • 洋葱1个

Steps to make 家常椰奶咖喱鸡

  • 1.锅里放少许油,放切碎的洋葱翻炒
  • 2.洋葱颜色炒到透明,放入已洗净切块的鸡肉(JuJu用的是高蛋白低脂肪的鸡胸肉哦),继续翻炒
  • 3.等鸡肉颜色炒成白色,放入适量咖喱粉(我用的是韩国不倒翁咖喱粉3勺)或咖喱块
  • 4.倒入椰奶和清水
  • 5.倒入土豆和胡萝卜
  • 6.一起煮10分钟左右,煮的时候感觉水干了可以再加一点水。
