  • 1.糯米提前用水泡好,排骨切块。
  • 2.南瓜用刀切成花形,挖空内瓤。
  • 3.排骨提前用酱油、糖、葱、姜、料酒、盐腌渍入味。
  • 4.将排骨沾满糯米。
  • 5.装进南瓜中,上面再撒上点糯米。
  • 6.盖上盖子,入蒸锅,大火蒸五十到六十分钟即可。
  • 7.蒸好后出锅切块食用。
