来美食家这么长时间了,看见大家做了很多美味的虾,有一个问题我始终没搞的明白,这虾为什么要去虾腺?周末,我也买了虾,就试着剪开虾的背部,用牙签挑出那条细细的虾腺,唉,它细的跟虾的大小比几乎可以忽略不计,老公看见了,问我在干啥?我就告诉他我在挑虾腺!他嗤之以鼻,说麻烦不麻烦呀,去掉干嘛!于是,我彻底妥协了,这几十条虾要一个个去掉虾腺,可真是大工程,也罢,这样吃好多年了,也没见有啥事,今天还是继续老一套的吃法吧!

  • 1.将虾剪去虾须和虾脚,用水冲洗干净。
  • 2.锅内放一大勺油,放入葱姜爆香。
  • 3.将洗净的虾倒入。
  • 4.加一小勺料酒,将虾翻炒至变色。
  • 5.倒入适量的清水烧沸。
  • 6.撒一小勺盐炒匀。
  • 7.盖上锅盖小焖几分钟就可以装盘啦。
