葡萄干南瓜吐司
前些天又有朋友送我一个大南瓜,今天就又忙着把它给消耗掉!买了点糯米粉做南瓜饼、南瓜汤圆、南瓜小圆子,剩下的我就做了个南瓜吐司!前天的报纸上又说了面包房都用氢化植物油的,连汤圆、冷饮中都有啊!看来外面的东西是不能多吃的!我学烘焙自己做西点是正确的!自己动手做出成功的西点心里高兴!家人吃得健康更是开心啊!
以前都是做白吐司,今天加了点葡萄干,口味更不错!女儿不喜欢葡萄干的也很爱吃呢!

  • 南瓜泥100克
  • 奶粉15克
  • 鸡蛋25克
  • 酵母3克
  • 黄油15克
  • 白砂糖40克
  • 1克

Steps to make 葡萄干南瓜吐司

  • 1.把材料除黄油外按先液体后固体顺序放入面包桶内,启动发面程序揉面20分钟,结束程序。再把室温软化的黄油加入,再次启动发面程序揉面30分钟。这时面团已经可以拉出很薄的膜了。
  • 2.在面包机中进行第一次发酵。50分钟左右就发至两倍大了!
  • 3.把发酵好的面团取出排气,分割成3等分,滚圆,盖保鲜膜醒面15分钟
  • 4.把葡萄干加入3个面团中,分别压扁擀开并卷起,再压扁再擀开
  • 5.松松地卷起大概2圈半吧,排入吐司模内
  • 6.进行第二次发酵,发至8分满。烤箱180度预热,面团表面刷全蛋液,上盖,放入烤箱180度40分钟
  • 7.出炉后立即从吐司模中倒出晾凉
