香蕉蛋糕卷

Steps to make 香蕉蛋糕卷

  • 1.蛋黄中加入油、白糖20克。
  • 2.用打蛋器打至发白状态备用。
  • 3.蛋清中用打蛋器打到粗泡。(蛋白中一定要无油无水)
  • 4.然后高速打动,130克的白糖分三次加入,打到蛋白成奶油状以后,再用低速打一分钟,打去大泡泡。
  • 5.把打好的蛋白三分之一加入到蛋黄中搅拌均匀。
  • 6.再加入剩下的蛋白轻轻地由下而上的拌匀。
  • 7.最后分三次加入面粉,由下而上慢慢拌匀。
  • 8.烤盘中铺上油纸,倒入面糊,用刮刀刮匀,并用力的震动,使下面的大泡泡震上来。
  • 9.撒上芝麻。烤箱预热5分钟。
  • 10.放烤箱中,以上火190度下火160度,烤12分钟。拿出放在烤网上晾凉,并撕去油纸。
  • 11.冷却后蛋糕的里面放上香蕉。
  • 12.然后卷起切块完成。
