裱花蛋糕:太阳花
突来的任务。没有任何想法,也懒得紧急构思,边做边看吧。
本以为入秋以后的气温应该不会如炎夏那般让奶油迅速融化,搞得人手忙脚乱。然而,20多度的室温加上手心的温度,奶油还是迅速在袋中融化。只有最初的底圈围边保持了挺立的形状。中央一圈贝壳还未挤到一半,花纹便开始模糊得让人心慌。尚未形成的构思,全被堵回在未萌状态。所有的心思全都转到如何收拾这狼狈场面,尽快结束还未曾展开的任务。
勉强在顶边摆上一圈小贝壳,奶油已经出现流坠。添加些许奶油之后,又勉强能在侧面挂上一圈三星阵。看起来不那么空了,迅速调出红色奶油,直接用裱花袋在剩下的虚空中挤上杂乱的线条。并索性就让它在侧面滴落,形成流坠的线条。
然后?没有然后。。。。。所有未曾展开的,就此草草收场。底板上,已然有液体渗出,渐渐洇开。。。。

Steps to make 裱花蛋糕:太阳花

  • 1.动物性鲜奶油与用具
  • 2.将蛋糕横剖成两片,拍净表面碎屑
  • 3.将糖倒入奶油中
  • 4.搅打至能保持花纹的状态
  • 5.取一片蛋糕,在表面抹上夹馅奶油
  • 6.放上另一片蛋糕,取适量奶油抹面
  • 7.将表面和侧面抹匀刮平
  • 8.用黄色色素调出黄色奶油
  • 9.用五齿星嘴在底面挤一圈贝壳纹围边
  • 10.换10齿星嘴在顶面中央用贝壳纹围成一圈
  • 11.在顶面边缘以相间一个的距离挤一圈贝壳纹
  • 12.换五齿星嘴在贝壳的间隙沿侧面向下挤三个连续的星星
  • 13.调红色奶油
  • 14.用细裱袋在顶面边缘的贝壳纹内侧用线条围边,并在贝壳之间挤一个小点
  • 15.在中央太阳花的花瓣尖上点上红色小点
  • 16.再用线条填满太阳花内部的空白
  • 17.最后在边缘贝壳的尖上用红色奶油拉出流坠线条
  • 18.完成
