    • 3.沙斑鸡去骨后切小丁。七成热油下肉丁。
    • 4.中火炒至断生,这一步要耐心点。
    • 5.肉变色后倒入十三香。
    • 6.倒入葱沫姜沫,干红辣椒继续翻炒。
    • 7.腌黄瓜本身有咸味,如果觉得不够咸,这一步可以放点盐,生抽。
    • 8.稍微凉一些后,可以放无油无水的密封罐里,放冰箱里冷藏起来,随时可以吃,1个月内不会坏掉的,味道一如既往的好。
