    • 1.腌鸡胸肉。撒一勺盐、一勺黑胡椒粉、一勺卡真粉在鸡胸肉上,搅拌均匀。
    • 2.煎鸡胸肉。平底锅加热倒入色拉油,油加热至冒烟时倒入腌好的鸡胸肉,小火煎肉。
