【日本】照烧鸡腿饭
照烧鸡是极具日式风味的料理之一!照烧,通常是指在烧烤肉品的过程中,外层涂抹大量酱油、糖水、大蒜、姜与清酒(或味醂),也是日本独具特色的一种烹饪方式!
我家的两个宝贝都喜欢吃肉,尤其鸡肉情有独钟。鸡腿肉肉蛋白质的含量比例较高,种类多,而且消化率高,很容易被人体吸收利用,有增强体力、强壮身体的作用。鸡肉含有对人体生长发育有重要作用的磷脂类,是中国人膳食结构中脂肪和磷脂的重要来源之一。
照烧鸡腿饭呢,既有鸡肉,有菜还有饭,也算是营养均衡了。

  • 红烧酱油1勺
  • 蜂蜜2勺
  • 黑胡椒粉1茶匙
  • 生抽3勺

Steps to make 【日本】照烧鸡腿饭

  • 1.鸡腿洗干净,用刀子去骨。
  • 2.放入大碗,加1勺料酒,一勺生抽,适量盐抓匀腌制半小时。
  • 3.腌制的时候先来调兑一碗照烧汁,料酒3勺,生抽2勺,红烧酱油1勺,蜂蜜2勺,盐适量,再加适量水调匀。
  • 4.西兰花掰成小朵加适量盐煮熟。
  • 5.腌好的鸡腿肉锅里烧热适量油,鸡皮一面朝下中小火煎。
  • 6.一面煎黄翻面煎另一面。
  • 7.两面煎好倒入照烧汁,喜欢的可以加些黑胡椒粉。
  • 8.大火烧开汁转小火,盖上盖子慢慢收汁,中途要翻面。
  • 9.留一些汤汁时关火。盛上米饭,摆上蔬菜和切小块的鸡腿肉,一碗照烧鸡腿饭告成。
