超简单自制咸肉
咸肉用处很多,例如想要做腌笃鲜,或者炒菜的时候配菜增添风味,或者煲汤,都用得上。这个咸肉做法超简单,肉+盐+时间就行了,随手做一点放在冰箱,要用的时候随用随取~

Steps to make 超简单自制咸肉

  • 1.5片里脊肉,用厨房纸擦干表面水份,放入干净的,无水无油的保鲜盒,在肉的正反两面都抹上一层薄薄的盐,放入冰箱冷藏。
  • 2.冷藏三天后拿出来看看,把腌出来的水倒掉,肉底部泡到水的部分,用厨房纸吸一下水,再补一层盐,然后放冰箱继续冷藏。
  • 3.抹盐的时候抹均匀,别漏掉了肉的侧面。
  • 4.1个星期左右咸肉就可以开始吃了。这是共计腌了11天的样子,盒子里面基本没什么水份,肉表面看不到盐了,盐颗粒已经渗入到肉里面了。咸肉可以在冰箱冷藏一个月,想要保存时间更长,放入冷冻即可。
