今天我把蓝胖子机器猫的铜锣烧做出来啦,完美~香甜松软,口感味道都是一级棒,满宝直说:妈妈做的铜锣烧真好吃~
哆啦A梦(机器猫)的形象可是承载着我们满满的童年回忆,可爱的蓝胖子,圆圆的头圆圆的身子圆圆的手和脚,脖子下面的小铃铛,神奇的口袋和各种魔法道具……这是我们儿时每天必看的经典动画片,现在还能回忆起很多片段。当时特别想拥有一只机器猫,有了他的神奇口袋和魔法道具,一切困难迎刃而解,不怕考试,不怕挨打,一切都不怕,金钱不是万能的,但哆啦A梦几乎是万能的。不过即便是这样,他仍有软肋,一是怕老鼠怕的要命,二是对铜锣烧丝毫没有抗拒的能力。当时就想,铜锣烧究竟是何等美味,能把这家伙迷的团团转,长大后才知道,原来就是豆沙夹心饼。今天动手做了一下,果然美味非常。怪不得有一集集演到哆啦A梦穿越到一个没有铜锣烧的年代,这个万能的小家伙说,没有铜锣烧的世界简直让人绝望,然后瞬间坐上时空机穿越回来了~

  • 2.加糖搅拌均匀。
  • 3.加入蜂蜜。
  • 4.搅拌均匀。
  • 5.筛入低粉。
  • 6.搅拌均匀。
  • 7.加入牛奶。
  • 8.搅拌均匀。
  • 9.加入玉米油。
  • 10.搅拌均匀,呈细腻的可流动的状态。
  • 11.盖上盖子静置20分钟。
  • 12.舀起一勺面糊放在不粘锅中央,小火加热。
  • 13.加热至面糊底层凝固,上面冒泡泡。
  • 14.翻面,继续小火加热半分钟,至小饼两面都熟。
  • 15.依次做好所有的小饼。
  • 16.取一片小饼,在内部抹上豆沙。
  • 17.再覆盖上另一片小饼。
  • 18.这就可以吃啦。
