Steps to make 爽口开胃的酸甜樱桃小萝卜

  • 1.萝卜洗净,去掉茎、叶。
  • 2.用筷子放在萝卜两面,切成薄片,底部不要切断。
  • 3.拔萝卜移位90°,切成十字花刀。
  • 4.逐个把小萝卜切好。
  • 5.均匀的撒上盐,腌制5分钟。
  • 6.倒掉腌制出的汤汁,加入糖 白醋 挤上适量的柠檬汁,搅拌均匀即可。
  • 7.把花朵放在盘子中浇上汤汁即可。莲花,花朵也是不难的,你只需要先划好“米”字形,然后沿萝卜皮慢慢的削到萝卜的底部就好了
