**蒸蛋糕真的不上火,小孩都能背出的广告词!一直想试试,于是连夜就试了它的蒸汽功能!用的是原气蒸,特别好用!比传统蒸锅方便多了,不用担心水烧干、不用担心太多的水珠滴落在食物表层!

Steps to make 蒸蛋糕

  • 1.松下NU-JK100W原味炉取下水箱,加满纯净水
  • 2.把水箱安装好
  • 3.2个鸡蛋分蛋黄、蛋白,把蛋黄搅匀加入麦芽糖浆,我加的是玉米糖浆继续拌匀备用
  • 4.蛋白里加点白醋、盐和三分之一白砂糖
  • 5.中快速打至起泡后分次加入余下砂糖,慢速打至软性发泡,砂糖完全融化
  • 6.加入蛋黄糖浆液,慢速打至均匀,再加入过筛低粉
  • 7.用刮刀翻切拌匀至面糊光滑无颗粒
  • 8.将面糊装入小模杯十成满,轻磕,搅去表面气泡,小心放上樱花(盐渍樱花提前用水浸泡)
  • 9.模具放在烤盘上,放入烤箱下层旋转按钮旋转原气蒸按下决定键。然后用旋钮定时20分钟。按下开始键
  • 10.蒸好后取出即可
