日式牛奶餐包卷
简简单单的牛奶小餐包,香甜松软,配上一杯牛奶,就是小盆友最喜欢的早餐~

  • 奶粉10克
  • 酵母3克
  • 3克
  • 牛奶185克
  • 全蛋液40克
  • 黄油30克

Steps to make 日式牛奶餐包卷

  • 1.以上配方适合学厨12连方形不沾模
  • 2.将除黄油外的以上材料放入面包机,厨师机或手工揉面至扩展阶段,再加入黄油继续揉至完全阶段
  • 3.揉好的面团盖上保鲜膜,室温发酵,根据季节温度不同一般,1-2个小时左右面团发到2.5倍大小
  • 4.取出发酵好的面团,压扁排气,分割成12等份,滚圆,松弛15分钟。
  • 5. 松弛好的面团,从中间分别向上向下擀开
  • 6.翻面从左右向中间三折
  • 7.再把面团擀长
  • 8.从两边各自向中间卷
  • 9.翻面,依次做好放入烤盘里
  • 10.放入烤箱,设38度二发,放一杯温水,增加湿度。二发20-30分钟左右
  • 11. 发酵好的面团,筛上高粉,用刀片割出十字形
  • 12.放入预热好的烤箱中层,160度烘烤25分钟出炉脱模,放凉
  • 13.香甜松软~
