Steps to make 咖喱牛腩

  • 1.主料:牛腩辅料:土豆、胡萝卜、牛奶调味:葱姜、香叶2-3片、料酒少许、原味块咖喱
  • 2.将牛腩洗净去块,土豆、胡萝卜洗净去皮分别切成滚刀块。
  • 3.牛腩入沸水锅焯去血水,捞出入温水再次投洗干净。
  • 4.炖锅置火上加入牛腩、姜片、葱段、香叶、适量开水。
  • 5.中火煮40-60分钟。
  • 6.锅置火上少许油煸炒胡萝卜、土豆。
  • 7.待胡萝卜炒出红油,加入牛腩、煮牛腩的原汤。
  • 8.再放入块咖喱、调入适量盐翻炒均匀。
  • 9.缓缓注入牛奶小火煮至10-15分钟即可。
