  • 1.在面粉中加入一小勺白糖和5克酵母粉。

  • 10.在皮中放入豆沙馅料。
  • 11.转圈捏起来,包成包子状。
  • 12.收口朝下放置。
  • 13.全都做好后,准备半碗清水,两三勺可可粉。
  • 14.先在豆沙包上面刷一层水。
  • 15.再滚上一层可可粉。
  • 16.摆放入蒸锅中。
  • 17.再用剩下的面团撮一些蘑菇根,一头粗一头细的形状。
  • 18.也一并放入蒸锅中,盖上盖子静置十五到三十分钟,进行二次发酵。
  • 19.大火蒸25分钟,虚个两三分钟开锅盖。
  • 20.拿筷子在豆沙包底端捅个洞,将蘑菇根部插进去。
