老式鸡蛋糕

Steps to make 老式鸡蛋糕

  • 1.原料备用。
  • 2.鸡蛋打入无油无水的容器中,倒入砂糖。
  • 3.隔温水打发至蛋糊变稠,基本没有大的气泡。
  • 4.筛入低筋面粉。
  • 5.用橡皮刮刀切拌均匀。
  • 6.倒入植物油。
  • 7.充份搅拌均匀。
  • 8.连模内垫上油纸托。
  • 9.蛋糊装入裱花袋中,挤入小杯内。
  • 10.烤箱预热180度,中层,烤15分钟。取出晾凉即可。
