今年去菜场总体感觉就水果贵,蔬菜,肉类的和往年比真心便宜,好不容易现在要水果也开始有点便宜,好像不要钱似的,买了不少一下又吃不掉,开始做冰淇淋了,谁知这一开始就收不住的意思,后来......反正做了很多的冰淇淋。

Steps to make 草莓冰淇淋

  • 1.准备的原料。
  • 2.草莓洗净,晾干。
  • 3.将2/3的草莓用料理机打碎待用。
  • 4.留下的1/3草莓切小粒。
  • 5.淡奶油加入白糖打发至浓稠,表面有纹路,但过一会儿会消失。
  • 6.加入草莓汁再次拌匀。
  • 7.加入草莓粒。
  • 8.再次拌匀,冰箱冷冻,隔2小时搅拌一次,拌个4至5次就可以。
  • 9.吃之前冰箱冷藏半小时左右就可以轻松开挖。
