Steps to make 蔓越梅曲奇饼干

  • 1.黄油隔水融化
  • 2.倒入砂糖,搅拌至无颗粒(如果是用糖粉的话,要注意糖粉的成分,不要用葡萄糖做的糖粉)
  • 3.蔓越梅干切小一点
  • 4.搅拌至无颗粒状后,加一个鸡蛋,也可以先把鸡蛋打散再倒进去,都一样的
  • 5.倒入蔓越梅干,搅匀
  • 6.倒入低筋面粉
  • 7.搅拌至无干粉状态
  • 8.装进饼干磨具内,要铺一层保鲜膜
  • 9.用一块木板压住,往下震几下,用胶带缠住,冷冻一个小时
  • 10.冷冻好之后切片,烤箱中层130度半个小时
  • 11.冷却之后就会变松脆
  • 12.如果吃不完,要密封保存,以免受潮
