微波炉版——盐焗虾
以前都是用盐焗粉来做盐焗鸡的,没想到用来做虾味道是这么好的,虾干香爽口,风味浓郁,是很棒的下酒菜,而且简单快捷。

Steps to make 微波炉版——盐焗虾

  • 1.准备所需材料。
  • 2.将虾用牙签挑出虾线,然后洗净。
  • 3.加入盐焗鸡粉和盐。
  • 4.将虾和盐焗鸡粉拌匀,腌制5分钟。
  • 5.然后放入盘内。
  • 6.将虾放入微波炉大火加热3分钟,取出把盘内的水份倒掉,再大火1分钟即可。
