黑芝麻曲奇饼干

Steps to make 黑芝麻曲奇饼干

  • 1.将30克撒均在烤盘中,放入烤箱中层,上下火150度烘烤5分钟至熟;
  • 2.取出烤熟的黑芝麻放凉后,用搅拌器研磨成粉末备用;
  • 3.黄油软化后,加入细砂糖和,用打蛋器打发。
  • 4.分次加入鸡蛋,并用打蛋器搅拌均匀。
  • 5.低筋面粉筛入打发好的黄油中,并加入芝麻粉末。
  • 6.用橡皮刮刀搅拌成均匀的曲奇的面糊。
  • 7.把曲奇面糊装入已装好裱花嘴的裱花袋中。
  • 8.把曲奇面糊大小均匀的挤入烤盘里。
  • 9.放入170预热好的烤箱中层,上下火170度,烤约15分钟,底部上色即可。
