【双椒炒鸭肠】--沙拉也可以炒菜
进入冬天了天气转凉了,抵抗力弱的宝宝大部分都生病了。但是抵抗力是可以通过食疗来改变的。有很多人都不喜欢鸭肠,鸭肠清洗有点麻烦。但是鸭肠的营养成分还是很高的,如果鸭肠在加入少量的辣椒那就是完美结合了。我选的都是不怎么辣的辣椒大部分宝宝还是可以接受的。(不喜欢辣椒可以换成其它蔬菜代替)
鸭肠富含蛋白质、B族维生素、维生素C、维生素A和钙、铁等微量元素。对人体新陈代谢,神经、心脏、消化和视觉的维护都有良好的作用。提高免疫力:富含蛋白质,维持免疫机能最重要的营养素,为构成白血球和抗体的主要成份。

  • 1.把洗净的鸭肠焯水捞起。
  • 2.材料:青辣椒6根 红辣椒2根 鸭肠650克 八角2颗 花椒少许 大蒜1瓣 姜母4片 调料类:调和油1汤勺 料酒1汤勺 蒸鱼鼓油1汤勺 日式沙拉汁少许 盐少许 味精少许。
  • 3.把辣椒洗净斜切
  • 4.鸭肠也切断备用。
  • 5.放入2颗八角 少许花椒 1瓣大蒜 4片姜母倒入1汤勺的调和油爆香。
  • 6.倒入辣椒翻炒至变色。
  • 7.倒入鸭肠.
  • 8.接着倒入1汤勺蒸鱼鼓油。
  • 9.倒入料酒
  • 10.倒入少量的盐
  • 11.倒入味精
  • 12.在倒入日式沙拉汁翻炒6下出锅
