家里买了两斤金桔我自己吃,家人都不爱吃,吃不完索性拿它做了金桔茶酱,沾面包吃,冲水都特别好!

  • 1.金桔放入容器里放入盐泡一夜(1-2小时都可以)我泡了一夜

  • 3.把金桔放入锅里除蜂蜜外其它材料放一起大火烧开,小火20分钟
  • 4.中间放入蜂蜜继续熬
  • 5.熬制粘稠,透明,即可
  • 6.装起来吃随取哦!
