  • 1..材料:鸭肝500克 八角3颗 桂皮1小根 花椒适量 生姜4片调料:盐巴适量 料酒 1汤勺
  • 2..把八角 桂皮 花椒 洗净,放入热好的锅内烤香加入水。
  • 3..放入切好的生姜。
  • 4..倒入料酒。
  • 5..倒入盐巴,待汤汁烧开转倒砂锅内。
  • 6..开火烧开汤汁,倒入鸭肝盖上盖子待汤汁再次开的时候就关火焖住4个小时左右就可以切片开吃了。
