Steps to make 【超人气】港式奶黄月饼

  • 1.奶黄馅:将主料材料依次倒入盆中搅拌均匀,成无颗粒顺滑状
  • 2.上蒸锅中小火蒸20-30分钟,期间每隔5-8分钟将奶黄馅搅拌均匀。
  • 3.蒸完后取出,放凉后揉成一个个25g的小圆子,或者直接分成8团,盖好保鲜膜备用。
  • 4.饼皮:将辅料中所有材料混合搅匀,揉成面团,分割成8份小剂子,盖好保鲜膜醒1-2小时。
  • 5.包月饼:取一块饼皮压扁,将奶黄馅放在饼皮正中间,收紧饼皮,收口朝下
  • 6.放入月饼磨具中,压成型,直接压在烤盘上,全部放好后,在月饼上刷少量蛋液,拍照貌似看不出。。。
  • 7.烤箱预热190度,烤15-20分钟表皮着色即可,趁热吃,好美味哦
