今天去沃尔玛买东西,发现有新鲜的蔓越莓出售。平日见惯了袋装的蔓越莓干,这种新鲜的蔓越莓还是头一次见呢!毫不犹豫!买买买!回家后迫不及待的尝了一颗,呵呵,又酸又涩。。。看来,这么一大袋肯定是吃不掉了。于是突发奇想,准备熬成果酱。别说,变成果酱后的蔓越莓味道酸酸甜甜,真的很好吃呢!做完之后,整个房间都弥漫着一股香甜的果酱味,非常温暖~

酸甜可口,晶莹透亮;
饭前增进食欲,饭后健胃消食。

Steps to make 甜品 | 蔓越莓果酱【独家】

  • 1.食材准备
  • 2.将新鲜的蔓越莓洗净
  • 3.把蔓越莓放入锅内
  • 4.加入细砂糖和刚没过蔓越莓的水。大火烧开后变小火慢煮
  • 5.边煮边搅,让每一颗果子都可以充分的煮透。
  • 6.煮至蔓越莓果粒变软,冰糖融化后,挤进柠檬汁
  • 7.柠檬汁加入后搅拌均匀,煮5分钟后即可熄火;此时蔓越莓已经成果酱了当中也会带点颗粒的果粒
