  • 玉米淀粉10g
  • 柠檬汁几滴

Steps to make 蛋白舒芙蕾

  • 1.准备了一点蔓越莓干和核桃切碎备用。
  • 2.蛋清加入几滴柠檬汁。
  • 3.用打蛋器中高速打到鱼眼泡状态加入三分之一的白糖,继续打。
  • 4.打到丰富泡沫状态加入三分之一的白糖,继续中高速打。
  • 5.打到细腻的泡沫加入剩下三分之一的白糖,和玉米淀粉,用低速打。
  • 6.打到这种直立小角状态即可。
  • 7.用刮刀把蛋白刮到烤盘里,烤箱150度预热。
  • 8.用刮刀抹平。
  • 9.撒上干果碎。
  • 10.放入预热好的ACA北美电器烤箱,,放入中下层150度25分钟左右(我放到底层了,拍完照片才想起来底层不合适)。
  • 11.烤好取出。
  • 12.筛点糖粉很好看。趁热吃吧。
